And it's pretty morbid to market it as a bachelor pad!
DJ AM's estate has put his four-bedroom Beverly Hills home on the market for a whopping $3.8 million.
The gated property is located on a cul-de-sac and features canyon and city views, a custom built theater, landscaped gardens, pool and spa.
Sad.

wow…same response here. How did he have some much money? Lost some sympathy, he could afford the best help in the world just like MJ. Big disappointment.
Affluence like having a house in Beverly Hills doesn't mean happiness. It just means a bigger place to play xbox, spin discs and watch tv.
My sympathy to his family and friends because they will continue as victims of substance abuse as will MJ's children, family and the like.

I tried to watch that show of his on MTV but he was SO RIGHTEOUS about getting sober himself and people having to WANT to be sober, that is was too disturbing to watch. He was obviously using at the time, you can tell (if you've even done hard drugs). I know it led to his demise, so sad that they are even showing it really. Not sure it has a lot of credibility now since he OD'd himself.
