Don't Worry! Georgina Sparks Will Be Back!

Were you sad to see Georgina Sparks leave the Upper East Side after only a few episodes on Gossip Girl?

Fear not, because the door is always open for her to return and Michelle Trachtenberg is keen to oblige.

Though taking a break from the show to shoot her own new gig on NBC, Mercy, Michelle insists that audiences have not seen the last of the GG's resident villain:

"Georgina, she's taken a little trip away. She's gone off with a Russian prince, or so she thinks. So, there are so many more great things that Georgina can do. She pretty much just always comes in, destroys their lives for a few episodes, and then is like, 'OK, I'm good now. I think I'll go get a massage in the Caribbean.' "

Though she admits that she and Leighton Meester are pretty close friends, don't expect the same to ever happen between Georgina and Blair Waldorf. Michelle says that her character has a "grudge" and is hell bent to keep in that way!

So what does Michelle think of her bad girl persona:

"She is absolutely amazing. She is the best character I have ever played. She is so much," she gushed. "She is incredibly evil, manipulative and pretty much just takes no prisoners, and she doesn't care about the consequences. She is fantastic."

Maybe when she gets back, she'll bring in some real trouble to help Gossip Girl spike the ratings!

congrats perez on appearing in gossip girl! well, your site anyway. best show ever right?
georgina is really weird and annoying so i don't miss her too much, however her obsession with dan can be rather funny & interesting.

gossip girl ratings weren't so bad this week and also they had to compete with the world series so considering that it did pretty well it beat small villes ratings and one tree hill

She needs to keep practicing her after meal vomits. Piece is looking a little over fed. I hope that she reads this, and takes action! Keep gagging, Michelle! Hopefully one day you will not be in fat-cow status!

You are lying out your asshole! It did not beat One Tree Hill and Smallville. What the **** are you talking about? I got below 2 million viewers this week, and that is absolutely horrible. It didn't even do that well in it's demo this week. One Tree Hill beat it!

I love G and I am so happy that she might return in the future. She is truly evil and after the way she exposed Scott as the lovechild I am dying to see what other wickedness she has up her sleeves
