Slade Smiley, formerly of The Real Housewives of Orange County, has fallen way behind in his child support payments. Almost 80,000 big ones behind!
And if that wasn't bad enough, Slade's 9-year-old son, Grayson, is fighting an inoperable brain tumor and Slade has only seen him twice in the past year and a half, according to the child's mom. He didn't even send Grayson a birthday card this year!
Pathetic!
Slade recently filed a request to the L.A. County Superior Court, after receiving the letter from the Department of Child Support Services last month, to lower the child support bill because he's unemployed!
We know you have money if you're dating that "housewife" Gretchen Rossi! Get some of that cash to your kid! And maybe he's the one you should have been taking to the pumpkin patch instead of posing there with your girlfriend for the paparazzi!

I'm not sure I believe this & it's horrible if it is true. When that show first started his oldest son was living with him & he shared custody of his youngest son who they also showed on the show.

Slade and his son (Get Well) were a big part of the show season 1 and he has been a kind of hanger on ever since. I love the commercial for the new season where I believe one of the housewives states "He has already bagged three of the housewives".

Normally, I find most of what is posted here entertaining. But I have to disagree with this post. I don't watch much TV and have no idea who Slade is, but I'm a mom. When my kid got sick for the first time, I dropped her off at her godparents and went to work. Some people aren't capable of dealing with sick kids, I was terrified I'd screw up and entrusted my daughter to someone I knew wouldn't… maybe Slade is terrified his kid will be worse off if he's around… or maybe the ex is just bitter and spreading rumors…
And I thought Spencer Pratt was an idiot. These two make him look like european royalty! NOTHING to television entertainment value except their level of their stupidity and lack of intellect and character.
