So in order to settle and for her to receive money, the association pretty much admitted that there was some wrong-doing on their part. They recognized her case was strong enough to go to trial, and most likely win/ get the amount she asked for.
What makes her a "gold-digger" in this case? Something legally wrong was done, and she got compensated for it.
As for her views on marriage:if you're not doing anything to maybe help her understand the concept of gay marriage or how important it is to people- get over it. She's entitled to her opinion, agree with it or not. I don't, but I don't condemn people for it. What's the point in calling her names or even reporting about her? You're just giving her more PR. How about posting something that educates people or helps more people understand an issue, instead of pointing at someone, calling them names, and just saying they're "wrong" for thinking that way.

the woman was asked a legitimate current events question. some people liked her response and some people did not. that would have been the end of it if she had not allowed herself to be used by an anti-gay organization who attempted to make a 'str8 rights' martyr out of her. her problems with the pageant committee were many.. not fullfilling her obligations and, most apparently, violating the morals clause of her contract with them. the people around her gave her a false sense of importance and she foolishly decided to sue the pageant. however, the committee had all the evidence it needed to put an end to the suit. i give them credit for donating toward her legal bills when they certainly did not have to. it shows that there is no animosity on their part..it's just that the rules are the rules. ms. prejean should count her blessings and move on.
Seriously she's dumb. But they couldn't hold that sex tape over her head because that would be blackmail… which is illegal, I think it had more to do with her contract violations, and it included the sex tape as part of the violations. As per paying her legal council the officials could have just said that hey you drop all the charges and walk away, we'll pay your legal bills and we will walk away as well.
Sure glad that the pageant officials outed her breast implant surgery cause who would ever have guessed?? They look so REAL!!! And her teeth aren't capped either.
