Don Cheadle Gives NBC More Salvation, But What Will They Do With It?

Earlier this week, we told you of his plans to launch a comedy for the Peacock network, now it seems that Don Cheadle has a few more tricks under his sleeve.
It is being reported that Don has just pitched a new television drama through this production company Crescendo, and has sealed a first-look deal with NBC! The show is a Boston-set cop drama called Boston P.D. about "a homicide detective who discovers he shares a surprising connection to his new partner."
Hey, didn't you just get rid of a cop drama? What's the deal here?

Don Cheadle is awesome, one of the most underrated actors of our time i would be glad to see more of him whether it was infront or behind the camera, hes a talent and a class act

Re: # 1 I was going to write the same thing. I saw him around 12 years in a PBS show, it was a play from Broadway, and he was a supporting actor with other bigger names, but he stood out. I have kept my eye on him since then and I agree. One of, if not the best, actors in Hollywood (which isn't saying much), but he is also a stage actor and still young and strong. He is worthy of any praise.

Loved the character he played in Boogie Nights. He is a great actor who deserves his success. He's earned it!
