Dude, the guy is in his seventies. Go to a nursing home, you'll see a lot worse. Not everyone goes to a plastic surgeon for every bulge and wrinkle that shows up.

Besides, Perez has a habit of seeing anyone in less than stellar condition as 'letting themselves go' because they dress in their pajamas to go to the grocery store. WTF? Famous people don't look any better than us going to fucking Walmart.

Who cares about his belly. I LOVE THIS MAN. He's by far one of the greatest comedians of all time AND he tells the truth about the real reason for poverty in the black community - laziness - not racism! Do a search on the Internet for his interviews on this subject. Right on target!
