   That was atrocious. This should have had a disclaimer attached that read, "NSFE:" Not Safe for Ears. Seriously; her voice sounds like a cross between a cat being slowly roasted alive and a pack-a-day senior citizen with emphysema. The choreography was dull as well, and that's saying something when an attractive girl is writhing around in next to nothing. Prediction: Katy Perry gets knocked up and (thankfully) slips into pop culture obscurity and rids the world of a nodule-waiting-to-happen vocal cord fiasco.

   Re: BubbledIce – Katy Perry is a product marketing her own consumption. It's not 'entitlement' to evaluate her performance, voice, or songs she chooses to sing. It's consumerism. Having the 'guts' to get on stage and market herself as such does not entitle Katy Perry to a singing career bereft of criticism. She's an overpaid sell-out who dribbles out middle-school lyricism in her own music and when she performs other people's music, she butchers the hell out of it. Yes, let's compliment a shitty performance instead of calling it what it was: a tired-out, desperate bid for artistic credibility plated up as a homage to the glory days of stage performance.
