Michael Lohan Stoops Even Lower!
Not that we're surprised by his actions!
In Michael Lohan's disgusting attempt for attention, he has gone and released another audio recording.
But rather than a heart-wrenching recording of his sobbing daughter, the taped phone call this time is between the douchebag father and his ex-wife Dina, taken back in 2008.
Doesn't this violate some sort of privacy laws????
Can people be recorded without their knowledge and consent????
In the call, Orange Oprah is apparently frustrated with Lindsay and her failed intervention attempt to get her back into rehab telling Michael:
"She's really sad and really hurt and really…despondent. She's been through a lot Michael, she's just a little girl. I told her not to go to L.A. at 18…she did. I couldn't leave these other three to go get her and it was, like, a mess. You don't even know what I'd go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff. She'd like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car…like you don't know the shit I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult."
Yikes.
Dina sounds completely defeated and emotionless. But at the same time, what the hell!? You couldn't stop your daughter from going to El Lay? Bullshit! It's called parenting, which neither of you know how to do!
What's ironic in all this is Mike's reasoning behind airing out his family's dirty laundry. The scum of the earth admits: "I'm being a bit selfish in releasing the tapes. But I'm tired of being lied about. I'm tired of Dina and others making me out to be someone I'm not, so now I'm going to prove to the world who the real liars are."
You're being more than selfish Mike - and you know it!
What we want to know where you are in all these recordings. Or did he edit those out too?

I fully support releasing these audio tapes. Why should anyone keep an addicts dirty secrets? She lives her life in the public eye and clearly enjoys doing so as do BOTH her parents and Benjamin Button sister Aly. If I have to know who LiLo is fucking, rubbing clits with, boozing at, shopping at, designing for, why shouldn't I know her celebrity facade is all bullshit. THE FATHER doesn't seem to realize NO ONE CARES IF PEOPLE ARE 'LYING' ABOUT HIM! Why? Because the public at large doesn't care about HIM! He doesn't need to prove ANYthing–no one cares about him. I hope Lindsay has good friends, so she can disntance herself from this guy.
When a child is 18 and earning enough to support themselves, there is not a lot a parent can do. You have to go through the legal channels the way Brittany's family did. It's a parent's greatest fear, to lose a child and I don't mean through death alone.
Maybe these messages are from a long time ago. Did anyone stop to consider that? Either way, she needs help and thats the bottom line here. Whether her parents failed her or not, she is where she is and that is what needs to be addressed first. Then she can deal with these messes she calls her parents.

In many states only one party has to be aware of the recording (which would be the person recording). I can't stand ANY of the Lohans, but if she was 18 how could Dina have stopped her, seriously? Lastly, if you have ever dealt with someone who you care for that has developed a drug problem you know how difficult it can be. Maybe this time Michael isn't so wrong. I can't believe I just said that but he is still her dad.
How much money does he make by releasing the audios'? All these audio's prove is that Dina is a weak woman. Most mothers would go to hell and back to help to their child, I know I would.
YOU ARE ALL JUST AS MUCH TO BLAME FOR THIS CRAP!!! Just for the record. editing audio together and making it sound as if it wasn't is extremely difficult. So unless u can hear clips in the sound, or difference in tone or background noise it was probably not edited together. None-the-less its not cool to share that stuff w/ the media. But Perez (and all you assholes who actually listened to it) are just as much to blame as Michael Lohan. Perez, you posted it on your public (and very popular) site and all you assholes listened to it and then you sit here and try to pass judgement??? That is hypocrisy at its finest!!!!
Why, yes, Perez, there is a law against it. In California, and 13 other states, it is illegal to audio record phone conversations without the consent of all parties involved. So, if these phone calls occurred in California, then Mr. Lohan is not only the douche people are calling him, but he's in big trouble. Especially if there are many recordings. I'm sure, as well, the folks on the other end of these phone conversations will more than likely press charges.
Because Perez didn't make the recording. The person who recorded the audio without the consent of all parties involved is the one who has done something illegal.
Unfortunately, this is the reason why Lindsay needs a manager who cares about her and not about the rest of the family. They've allowed her to become the monster that she's become and neither side is willing to do whatever is right to get her fixed. Instead, they use her as a publicity stunt about who's the better parent. If she had a manager, the leeches would be cut out of her life and she'd be in a much better place. Michael and Dina have ruined Lindsay.
I'd like to see Lindsay make a comeback, but as long as she's in her alcohol and drug induced haze, she won't be able to clearly see that her mom and dad are detrimental to her. She'll just them for the enabler (Mom) and for the all of a sudden caring parent (Dad). Poor woman doesn't stand a chance….

He is breaking the law in most states it is illegal to record a conversation without the other persons knowledge. Dina and Lindsay should file harassment charges on him and since he is still on probation he would wind up violating his conditions and back to prison he goes. Which at this point after selling his daughter for financial gain to the highest bidder he belongs in prison where he can hang out with his own kind.

Either these are voicemails, or they were recorded in NY, not CA. NY is a one-consent state, meaning only one party needs to consent to the recording. CA requires all party consent. Since these pieces of trash live in Long Island, my guess is that nothing Michael Lohan recorded was illegally done so. And, sadly, given that everyone in this family abuses the media and press to cover their hideous issues, I actually don't blame Michael for being the same way.
