      I don't think she is fat like some are saying, she looks like any almost-40-year-old woman does. She just needs a suit more flattering to her body and something to give her a lift.       That's what happened when you lose the weight so fast. You gain it all back. I have tired the no carbs, no sugar diet. Yes I lost weight, but it only works for a year or two. It's not realistic. To me, eat carbs and go to the gym religiously. Increase weights too. Getting stronger with weights will help you keep the weight off.
