The Boss To Tell His Story

Bruce Springsteen is giving writing a go!
The Boss is reportedly working on his autobiography, which is allegedly composed of "voluminous journals" Springsteen has meticulously kept over the years.
Although Springsteen has yet to sell the rights, insiders believe The Boss' life story could potentially be the "biggest rock music autobiography of all time" and pick up anywhere between $9 and $10 mil for world rights!
Really?????
Springsteen is said to be looking to hire a research assistant to help him compose the rock autobiography.
Sorry, Bruce - nothing will ever top Motley Crue's The Dirt!

10 million dollars for someone who wsrote 1 kinda decent song?? This guy is the most over rated douche in music.
I for one would read it. Maybe because I am a fellow Jerseyan but I have always been a Bruce fan. Motley Crue, puke!

Can't wait, love Bruce Springsteen
Don't know what is the whole deal with this guy. He look so old and can't even sing anymore… people need to looking for someone else to sing!
What about some of those biographies that came out about the Stones, for instance, "Up and Down with the Rolling Stones?" Nothing tops the image of Keith and Brian running after some dude, trying to electrocute him.
Anyone dissing The Boss here, or anywhere for that matter, is showing their ignorance.
#1 KimberlyCumDummy, Springsteen is a prolific, brilliant song writer, probably second only to Dylan, and one of the industry's best performers. Yes, he's aging and his voice is not as strong as it once was, but he's been rocking the world for 30+ years. I suggest you see a show or listen to an album before you start spewing your hate. You are a fucking idiot! How old are you? 15?
The Dirt was the best, and Nikki's Heroin diaries!!
Bruce's autobio will be brilliant. It will be of interest to more than just Bruce fans, Bruce is not only a great writer anyway (anyone read his various induction speaches? Or Danny Federici's eulogy?) but he is one of the most consistant big name rock stars in history. No doubt there will be gaps - I can't imagine the break up with his first wife will be covered in any great detail - the album Tunnel of Love will probably be the most we ever hear of that episode. The best autobiography of a rock star I've read was Chuck Berry's - I hope Bruce writes with that type of honesty and style. Of course he will.
Oooh boy, I can`t wait to read about how he wrote his two hit songs and how he stretched them out for all it`s worth for the past 40 years.
ooohhh i can't wait to read it!!!! i loooovvvveee his voice!!!
some of you people are sooooo fucking ignorant!!! two hit songs? are you kidding mee???? there is a reason he is considered a LEGEND!!! born to run is one of the best rock n roll albums of all time. next time i suggest you educate yourselves before you write stupid, ignorant comments. go listen to some lady gaga or other SHIT from people who DONT WRITE THEIR OWN SONGS. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
