Michael Lohan unleashed another selfish attempt at helping humiliating his daughter and urging her to get her life together!

The newest recorded-without-consent conversation is with Linsday's assistant, Jenni Muro, as she angrily voices her concerns and frustrations regarding her 24/7 job of keeping La Loca alive!
"I am trying to save your daughter's life every day," said Jenni in the taped discussion with Michael.
She expresses her fears about Lindsay's fragile state and her obsessive and unhealthy relationship with saMAN, who was the actress' "absolute addiction." Jenni even debated quitting her job to avoid tragedy and "because I don't want it on my watch either."
Muro is disgusted by having to relocate to NYC and give up her life for Lindsay's role on Ugly Betty because she feared for her employer's safety!
"I get a 5% commission on this entire TV show and it's sick and disgusting and I'm here and I give up my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA and everything so that your daughter doesn't kill herself, ok?"
Yikes!
The only thing La Loca needs more than rehab, is a good lawyer!

The more i hear, the more i think that the dad is right. Being a father, if my daughter was in this bad of shape, i would do the same thing. The whole world thinks that Lids is perfectly fine and just needs a stay in rehab. This is beyond rehab, this is life and death. If you were a parent, wouldn't you do anything you could to get her help? He tried privately and that didn't work. Maybe he's hoping someone else will step in and help. Maybe Dr. Drew could sort her out. I really think he's trying to show the world what kind of shape she's in since so many people just want to ignore it and continue to call her a role model.

I don't think that Jenni said anything wrong or out of place. She's being honest, and she's not violating the trust they have, she's just said what Lindsay told her to say and that she's wont say anything bad/good about Samantha.. is not her job to comment on that. she only said that all of her focus is on her relationship with samantha.

My whole thing is if these recordings were from 2008, last year. There is a possibility that she stopped. Yes, she's no longer an actress and is more of a serial day shopper and a late night partier than an actress but she's not going to go to rehab just because he's releasing audiotapes unless he threatens to reveal extremely embarassing information.

IN DEFENSE OF PEREZ: There are a lot of things that media outlets post that the author may not agree with but that's not the point. The point is reporting what celebrities and their fathers do and what's going on. It's not like if Perez didn't post a link to the audiotape that you guys wouldn't go out of your way to find it and listen to it if you heard Michael Lohan released another one. And plus, it will bring more of an audience to his website.
Whether or not the father should have released this tape is irrelevent. you have an assistant saying basically that if she isn't around, then Lindsay would be dead. That is very serious. She doesn't need a lawyer, she needs to be locked into a sober living facility for a year.

Does anyone remember that actor…carol o'connell? I think that's his name, dude was Archie Bunker. Anyhow, his son (who was also on his series 'heat of the night' died from an od. FOR YEARS he ran PSAs on TV urging parents to "DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO" to get them away from the drugs. As I recall, O'connell went on to have the dealer prosecuted and held to account for his son's death. I feel bad that I can't remember his son's name, but he was an aspiring young actor who's life was taken by substance abuse and his parents were completely broken from knowing their son's dead was preventable. It consumed his life after that. My point is that whatever the disgusting circumstances, LL's parents need to DO WHATEVER THEY NEED TO DO to keep her away from the drugs. - She denies she's on drugs, but all one has to do is take a look at the daily photos of her either high, hungover, strung-out or about to get high (those are the ones where she looks good). Sick, not sad…sick.
