Dina Lohan Thinks Michael Lohan's Behavior Is Unforgivable!
We've never said this before, but we AGREE with Dina Lohan!
Lindsay's mom is publicy speaking out against ex-husband Michael Lohan and his atrocious actions in releasing private phone calls about his daughter.
"The tapes were from a long time ago, and for a father to stoop this low in unforgivable," says Dina. "My ex-husband has been in and out of jail for 10 years. My children and I gave him a chance to get to know them again, and he clearly blew that chance!"
Dina, Lindsay and Lindsay's former assistant/manager, Jenni Muro, are all considering legal action against Michael and Dina has even revealed that Michael shouldn't have even been talking to her on the phone at that time!
She explains:
"I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005 [valid through 2011]. He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone. My heart is breaking for my children that he could do this. He has no visitation anymore and is six months behind in child support. The authorities have been alerted!"
Poor Lindsay!
With these two whack-jobs as parents, she never had a chance.
We really do hope she's able to get the help that she needs from somewhere!

Her dad is a douche for putting those tapes out. Regardless of what Lindsay has gone through in her personal life its not fair for her dad to put that out there just for attention. As for Dina, she's just being a parent! what would any other parent do other than support their child 100%?!?! As if any of the other skanks in HOllywood have their Sh*t Together. Don't give them the PR. They are the main problem with the family. Look at Macaulay Culkin, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Danny Bonaduce and the like. There parents strive for the rush of fame from thier kids and they screw them up. Look at Kurt Russell, Jodie Foster, Ron Howard and Neil Patrick Harris
They had supportive parents and they grew into decent people and actors. Cut them out of the limelight.
mario u have no idea whatsoever what it's like to have a child deep into a meth addiction… and the only thing in the world that could make it worse is to have a former spouse totally enable your childs' addiction… it's unfortunate ms. lohan's father makes very bad choices in his effort to get his child into rehab. the only way it will happen is thru the courts. that means knowing ms. lohan's whereabouts when she is going to use meth… AND CALLING THE POLICE TO HAVE HER ARRESTED. and to do that over and over again until ms. lohan has no choice but to take a jail sentence or go into rehab. and if that rehab fails, to call the police again and again until she is either remanded to jail or to rehab. again and again. until her life with drugs couldn't possibly be worse than a life without drugs.
I feel so bad lindsay, i'm in no way a fan of hers but i am a supporter, she can't seem to win with either parents, neither are good for her, but at least Dina manages to keep quiet about private matters like this. Michael doesn't seem to realize that all this publicity about lindsay and her problems are only going to stress her out and make things worse for her. We can all see Lindsay needs help, but going public with things like leaked tapes and kidnapping plots is just wrong wrong wrong, no respect for your daugther or her life.
And mario, you are not helping by putting this on your site, your feeding into his need to make things public, stop helping and grow a brain, think of what you're role in this is………oh wait, we forgot you dont care what struggles someone is going through as long as YOU can gain more notoriety from it.

Considering the fact that Perez has posted some of these tapes at his site, it is extremely hypocritical of him to speak out against Michael Lohan - if anything, Perez is worse.
i don't feel sorry for any of them. they are all fame whores who don't know how or when to stop. this includes the entire family. this is PUBLICITY folks, that's all.
I don't know the law regarding what he's been doing, but the way she describes his history, I somehow get the feeling that a judge might not look too kindly at all on what he's been doing. It would sure feel like harassment to me, regardless of where Linds may or may not be in her life. I guess they feel forced to look into legal protections or actions of some sort. Did or did he not threaten to release even more tapes in a previous Perez blurb? She may have a problem, but he seems like a bigger one to me. No clues about boundaries.

OMG what a total phony asshole! yeah - he "cares"! Behind in child support and alienating his family so much they have to have protection orders against him? He might as well STFU because no one will believe any altruism whatsoever on his part. I feel sorry for his kids and ex-wife having to put up with that shit. Dina needs to permanently put this sorry mo' fo' away so he can't give press releases from jail or a mental ward. There ought to be a law against people like him.

Why are they only just considering it??? These tapes have been going off since last week and this is her first comment that they are considering it??? Someone needs to get to the bottom of why they haven't done anything to stop him. It just sounds fishy really really fishy. Give me a break. Dina had multiple convos with her ex-husband, and had no problem doing it. Nobody made her divulge all that information. She clearly was sharing it with him, in order to gain his support and understanding about their daughter.
But when the chips are down, Dina once again becomes the mommy-enabler to her druggie alchie daughter…….by lying for her, and about her.
Dad may be taking hurtful steps, but he's NOT WRONG to try whatever it takes. Unlike Dina, who will not speak up even if it means watching her daughter end up like heath Ledger.
