Joe Jackson Sues Over Alleged Forged Will!

Guess his despicable appearance fees aren't enough for him!
Michael Jackson's opportunist father, Joe is suing the administrators of his son's estate because he believes it was forged!
Jackson is hoping for executors John Branca and John McClain to be removed from their positions because they hid a "mistake" in the singer's 2002 will.
As we previously reported, the date on the will, which was signed in El Lay, conflicts with pictures seen of Michael in New York on that very day.
"The executors have an obligation to tell the court the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But for four months they've been silent as to where this will was signed. They are concealing this from the court and you cannot do that," said Joe's attorney, Brian Oxman.
Joe's team assembled a petition listing 11 reasons he believes the two should be dismissed as executors!
Is #1 that they won't give him any $$$$$$?!
"These claims filed by Joe Jackson are so outrageous that they don't deserve any response. John Branca and John MCClain, who were designated by Michael Jackson in his will as executors of his estate, will continue carrying out Michael's wishes for the benefit of his mother, his children and charities," responded Branca and McClain's lawyer, Howard Weitzman.

there are so many terrible aspects of mj's death, but one of the worse is the fact that we keep having to dealing with the fame and money hungry members of his family.

Brian Oxman is the man who was giving interviews to anybody in the first 24-48 hours following MJs death until the family told him to stop. He is most closely associated with Randy who appears to have thrown in his lot with his father. Oxman is nothing but an ambulance chaser.
That having been said MJ's lawyers should explain in court the date discrepancy.
The irony is if the will is nullified I believe there is no provision for parent/sibling inheritance over the actual children of the departed person. In effect, Joe will get nothing, the siblings will get nothing, the mother will loose her inheritance except for the funds needed to provide for the children, and the charities will not receive the 20% MJ so generously gave. The children will get the whole kit and kaboodle.
