Reality TV succubus Jon Gosselin refuses to leave well enough alone! If he did, he would not be the man we know and love to call a douchebag!
Gosselin has filed a countersuit against TLC for $5 million in response to the breach of contract lawsuit filed by the network.
TLC claims that Jon's paid promotional appearances are a violation of his contract. Not only are they prohibited, but the unauthorized business deals and interviews have created a competitor to the programming.
Many assume that Jon's claims will be that the network is not allowing him to make a living with a contract that restrictive. Yet, TLC agreed to pay the idiot when they decided to change the show from Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8.
REALLY?! They are paying him to do nothing?!
And he could always go back to his old I.T. job!
If only, but we know he'd never take the submissive ride into oblivion! It would make the world too happy!
The suit promises to be a bloodbath! In all of this mess, Jon is facing one of the best law firms in the country! And his shady team is not even licensed to practice law in Maryland, the state in which the preliminary injunction will take place.
Go get 'em, TLC!

Why is TLC suing Jon Gosselin? They may as well rip the food right out of those 8 children's mouths. Very disappointed that TLC would do that, jeopardize the children's future by suing Jon. I don't get why TLC is suing him….Kate was all over the talk circuit too……what did he do that was different? I have issues with Reality Shows….they are the biggest scam going……seems to me TLC is pissed that Jon destroyed the whole "Jon and Kate Brand" by leaving a bitchy wife, getting a girlfriend, earrings, BMW….and by smoking and partying publicly. Sit Jon! Sit! Anyone who watched that show knew he was no Ward Cleaver….he's just a stupid guy from the midwest. Jon may have violated a contract but TLC violated it's viewers with a false image of this family.
He really needs to grow up.

TLC gave Jon every chance possible. Jon THREATENED to stop allowing the filming of his kids if TLC did not release him from his contract and STILL pay Jon in 24 hours. TLC refused so Jon stopped the filming of his children. JON took income from TLC, Kate, and his own children.Kate never did any other show without TLC's permission first. Kate lived up to the morals clause in her contract. Jon broke all the clauses in his contract. I hope TLC wins.

Note to Jon: just because a lawyer tells you something might be a good thing doesn't always make it one. They're just looking for paying work.
