Joss Stone opened her big dumb mouth again about her marijuana usage and now she has the National Drugs Prevention Alliance up in arms!
In a new interview, she didn't hold anything back about how often she smokes weed and whether or not she's into other drugs.
Here are some HIGHlights:
On her marijuana habit:
"I smoke weed, but I don’t think it’s really a drug. It’s more of a herb. I don’t regret saying that at all. I think everyone smokes weed and people who say they don’t are lying! It depends if I’m working, and on what song. And whether it’s a smoking studio or not! It’s like having a drink."On weed's "evil stamp":

Naturally these comments have upset anti-drug campaigners in Britain and David Raynes, head of the National Drugs Prevention Alliance, says of Joss:
"She should consider the effects that her comments have on other people, especially young fans who look up to her. People like Joss Stone should keep their mouths shut about things like this."

I've never seen an anti-drug commercial directed at cocaine use.Why? Weed is not a gateway drug, shitty parenting is the real cause of addiction. Weed is 100% harmless, I smoked every day almost 3 years then I moved and i literally quit cold turkey because I didn't (and still don't) have a dealer. I felt No effects, zero, i don't even crave it or think about it, ever. Try telling someone who drank every day for 3 years to just quit, try telling a meth head to do that, or a heroine addict (they can actually die during the withdraw period), try telling a cigarette smoker to do that!!! The 'addiction' that comes with weed is simply a mental addiction, not a physical one. If your weed is grown outta the soil & there are no fucked up additives, then it is harmless. Period. Um, ok. I don't smoke weed. None of my friends do. No one in my family ever has. My husband hasn't. No one in his family has. We don't plan on starting any time soon. Doesn't weed have THC in it? My brothers smoke weed and it has caused huge problems in our family. The weed alters their personality and makes them agressive and paranoid. It has caused one of my brothers to become physically agressive when he was never like that before the weed smoking started. He is always losing his jobs because he smokes weed in the morning and becomes skittish and cannot focus on his jobs. My other brother started on the weed and because his personality altered and he became schitzophrenic and aggressive towards his wife it led to his divorce. He has his children over and leaves their stinky dirty nappies on all day because he is too busy smoking his precious weed. For everyone here who commented that weed is ok, and does nothing, you are deluded. I have seen the people I love around me deteriorate their personalities from this "herb".
