Lady Gaga is just arbitrary (to make up for that deficiency of thought) - she has no idea of what tasteful or aesthetically pleasing is - let alone artistic… she's gobbled up her so-called three (or less), seminal, obvious pop influences - encapsulated them into her act - and fed it to us as genuine - a ragbag of mediocre, dense imagery posing as ideas… someone get this over with already!
