As expected, Joe Jackson's dreams of inheriting MJ's $$$$ have been dashed!
A Superior Court judge denied Joe the right to receive any of his late son's cash, and he's not allowed to challenge the executors of MJ's will (John Branca and John McClain) any longer.
Thank gawd!
We're so sick of hearing about Joe's shameless money-grubbing!
"I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation," said the judge on Tuesday. "Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."
The judge stated that Joe is still legally able to request an allowance from Branca and McClain for his over-excessive $15k/month lifestyle, but something tells us that won't be happening anytime soon!
Time to give up the hundred-dollar-dinners, Joe!

I'm glad Joe can't get his hands on Michael's estate. Eventhough he helped create the Jackson Five, he put his son through a living hell growing up. There has to be some consequences. Leaving his father out of the will is the most obvious consequence. Katherine will probably end up funneling some money to him once the estate is settled. She will do this to shut him up and send him back to Vegas so she and the kids can have some peace and quiet.
Joe has no respect for Michael and I don't think Joe ever has. Michael CLEARLY left Joe out of his will because frankly, I don't think Michael liked his father. Michael was a really great person and I don't see how he could have actually liked a person like this (Joe), I think Michael loved his father but only for the fact that he's his father.

Some people have to live on $15,000 a year. It would be justice if he were forced to do so. He is an evil, soul-less person. He doesn't care a thing about anyone else, only what he can get out of them.

I think that even if Joe had the chance to do it all again, he would still physically and mentally abuse his children. Joe's abuse effected Michael his whole life. Michael experinced hell on earth through out his whole life and Joe can't say he didn't have a hand in that.
