Joe Jackson To File Creditor Claim Against Son's Estate?!

And here comes Plan B!
According to Joe Jackson's attorney, Brian Oxman, Michael made a promise that he would "always support" his family - even in the afterlife!
Maybe he meant emotional support?!
Not that it means anything to Joe! He is threatening to file a creditors claim against the estate if he is cut off financially!
And, oddly enough, the estate is currently giving him an allowance! Is it so they can bide their time till the deadline to file a claim lapses?
He's not entitled to shiz!
Or are they hiding something?!

I really think there is enough money for every Jackson to live comfortably for generations. Now I don't know what was in Micheal's head when he (allegedly) signed that will. But, what I do know is that when Michael needed his family (that trial in Santa Barbara) they were all there for him! Even though that had to be embrassing for them. They stood by his side thoughout all that crap! Defending him to the media. That is not how people who don't love you behave! If the Jackson are only cared about Michael's money. They would have been there when times were good and when he was down and being kicked they wouldn't be anywhere around!
We know that didn't happen! So give Joe 5 million tax free! The kids nor Katherine won't miss it!

I honestly don't think Michael had anything to hide. I mean cops turned his house upside down in '03 looking for evidence, I mean they cut up his bed and found NOTHING. And the thing is, there is nothing documenting that shows Michael said that. Joe has no proof that Michael said that and why would anyone believe Joe OR his lawyer. All Joe cares about is money and he doesn't care if he has to lie to get it. I mean this man is willing to go to court to get money out of his dead son. Is Joe oblivious to the fact that Michael has three kids??
Re: Vettey – That is true. I don't think it was embarassing for them because Michael did nothing wrong, but your right, his family was there for him, even his father. But I do feel that Joe only cares about the money, like did during all of Michael's life.
