I think you are in serious mental and physical trouble, Your career is in ruins and you are at the top of betters "death pools". Go to a year long anonymous treatment facility for dually diagnosed patients. Get clean, pick up the pieces of your life and move on with dignity, You can do this. Just get out of the damn circus and spotlight, get help, and go overseas, live quietly. Make some good indie films, get your self respect and your sanity back.

      I don't know you but I really don't want to see you die. I'm afraid any day now I am going to wake up to the news that you are gone.

      Decide to live. You have talent you're only 22, your life is not over. I know you have to have 1 friend who is giving you this same advice, listen to that person and go to treatment now. Just go and stay until your head is right.
