Nick Hogan Wants Attention

Do you really miss being in the limelight for this?

Nick Hogan served 6 months at the Pinellas County Jail for causing a car crash in 2007 that left his friend John Graziano severely brain damaged. He was released one year ago but the memories of jail haven't left him.

He tells Life & Style:

“There are moments that haunt me to this day. There are times when I’ll be watching a prison movie and hear the sound of a gate slamming, and I get the willies. It was horrible.

"Time away from my family was the most difficult part of my sentence. One of the things that makes you feel comforted is talking to a family member. But you don’t have a phone — you have to wait until it’s your time of the day to call. You miss being able to connect with people because everyone there is just cold, just brutal.

"Jail was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life. But it was also one of the best things that ever happened to me — just because of how much it changed me."

Well, jail isn't exactly a vacation, Nick! It's supposed to suck!

You know, we think it's pretty selfish of you to get paid for interviews like these like you're some sort of victim.

We know it was an accident, and a tragic one at that, but if you think your life was changed think of your friend John and his family!

Wait a second? So he just walks out of jail and goes on with his life while his friend spends the rest of his life as a vegetable?
Skipping out of jail listening to his ipod?

"Time away from my family was the most difficult part of my sentence."
And not what you did to your friend? You are a slimeball. You shoul dbe at your friends house changing his diaper and scrubbing his floors for what you did to him.

I don't consider it to be an accident. Yes, accidents DO happen and terrible things can happen as a result. But when you speed and "race" you know you are doing something wrong and you choose to take your life into your own hands. He wanted to show off and be cool. He also acted like he was invinsible. 6 months was an easy sentence. I'm sure his brain-damaged friend would gladly serve 6 months in order to live a normal life again.

  3. 3

notice this ass did not mentioned how he left his friend permanently unable to take care of himself.

f*cker should of stayed in jail

  4. 4

You should have got life, you moron.

  5. 5

This family should not be able to breed anymore!!! FUCKTARD!!!

Gee I wonder if his victim wishes he could have the willies during different memories….oh wait he can't cause you took his life away from him jackass!!!

    I hate this family!!!

F*ck the Hogans throughout his jail time him and his father were talking about a reality T.V. show naming after Nicks "changed" life. I can't stand him….Please Perez do not give his ANY publicity…He is ass that is rich and WALKING unlike his BFF is paralyzed for life…..

  7. 7

Gee Nick, whine a little more why don't you? Just because you didn't set out to crash that car doesn't mean you don't have some responsibility. You were speeding and showing off. Man up and grow some. I hope you did "get the willies" while you were in prison.

  8. 8

Ok why did this ass*ole get only 6 months that is completely unfair just because they are rich and famous….Lifes unfair sometimes

  9. 9

Sooo, jail was worse than taking away his friend's life? What a douche.

  10. 10

Blame the magazine for paying him, dont blame him for cashing in

Re: babysqil – his friend did

People, let's not forget that the friend "21 year OLD" at that provided the drinks and allowed the 16 year old at the time to DRIVE. No one forced either one of them to get on the car, but if you are 21 you are the adult. The courts gave him 6 months for that very reason, they held him responsible for driving while intoxicated, but they also looked at that mitigating facts, passenger provided alcohol and was also the adult. And Perez, I am sure that his life CHANGED as much as anyone who is in such accident. It may not be physical, but mentally this kid is scarred. It may not show up now, but in years to come he will be messed up.

Nick has no soul. He should shut it.

Does he even remember who John is? Nick is scum of the earth. He makes me sick.

  15. 15

6 months for being the cause of a friend's severe brain damage?
    Stop whining, Nick.
If you were not the son of a celebrity, your jail sentence would've been longer

  16. 16

nick hogan is a loser and his day will come. KARMA IS A BITCH!

  17. 17

I didn't even have to read the article on this one…..he ruined his friends life. And then he and his dad implied that he deserved it in someway that it was predestined….not nick's fault. and then he walked out of jail.he should be serving a real sentence in prison.

  18. 18

… and in REAL celebrity news…

  19. 19

White Trash Is AS White Trash Does…..

  20. 20

I bet he was a cellmate booty bitch. Some big ole burly guy claimed Nick Hogan has his jail bitch. Probably why his life was changed!

  21. 21

What about the times in the movie when the inmate (you) drop the soap and you go to pick it up and Bubba wraps his hand gently around yours and you two embrace in a lovingly yet masculine hug.Does that bring back the good times.

  22. 22

    Well said perezerz. . .

  23. 23

    Hes terrible
He went to jail for six months and when he got out, he lived the life with is SUPER blonde family and probably got another car
But he NEVER mentions the 'friend' he left severly brain damaged. Imagine how much that has changed him.
Did he even get hurt in that crash?

  24. 24

Nick Hogan should be wiping John Graziano's ass EVERY DAY for the rest of his life as a reminder of what he did. His father is JUST AS responsible, because there was a receipt charged to Hulk's credit card at a liquor store THAT DAY and they were all out on his boat drinking. Family of fucktards.

  25. 25

Seriously, his friend was 21yrs old. He was the one, who bought the alcohol. He was the one who decided not to wear a seat belt and he was the one, that maybe was encouraging Nick to race. He knew Nick loved to race, why didn't he look out for himself!

Nick, is wrong by not acknowledging the consenquences of that accident on his "friend" life. But, he doesn't have to stop living because of what happened to John.

  26. 26

Why are you people always bitching on Nick? I am sorry that the other guy is messed up but that is not Nick's fault. He was older and should have had his seat belt on. Didn't they teach him to be responsible in the army? He should not have gone in the car with a teenager to road race. Teenagers are by nature irresponsible and act stupid, especially boys. He was once that age so he should have known better. I have watched episodes of Hogan knows Best where Nick was always speeding - something that teenage boys do. If this guy was his friend then I am sure he knew how fast Nick drove. At the end of the day, we are all responsible for the choices we make. He made a choice to get into a car with a teenager to race without wearing his seat belt. He gambled and lost. I am also sure his parents knew about the racing Parents only get mad when their children are the ones that are injured. I bet if someone had warned the parents not to let their son and Nick drive crazy on the street they would have made some excuse for them.

  27. 27

Re: binkie – You're just as stupid as Nick!!!

  28. 28

Perez, we know you don't like him but… Nick isn't the only one to blame. Let's just be grateful that not both of the boys got hurt. It sucks his friend ended up the way he did but no one made him get into the car and not wear a seat belt. Kids do this stuff everyday and EVERYONE is responsible for wearing a seatbelt or not. Especially if the driver has alcohol in him!

  29. 29

May what you have caused haunt you forever.

  30. 30

    True FuckStick

  31. 31

I work for John Graziano's attorney. Lets just say that regardless of Nick's change or if he is a good person or not, bottom line is he and his family have abandoned John who used to think of Linda as a mother figure and was best friends with Nick for a long time. The fact that they have to go to trial shows how pathetic the Bollea's are! They have millions and they don't have the decency to just say "hey nick was at fault, we'll take care of you medically forever."

  32. 32

It really sickens me that he has no remorse. Whenever he is being interviewed, he only talks of how hard he had it in jail, and how being without his family hurt so much. What about his friend that he severly injured. He should be donating all of his money from interviews to the family. I feel he did not spend enough time in jail obviously. He did not by any means learn a lesson from this great tragedy.

  33. 33

The worst time of his life should be seeing what he has done to his friend. God, this kid makes me sick.

  34. 34

Re: CElBEl – Thank you, for setting the record straight for those who think Nick is a decent human being.

  35. 35

this douche doesn't even know why he was sent to jail in the first place. Clearly he feels no remorse nor learned a leasson. Why won't the HOgan family just go away?

  36. 36

i know someone who is in the same jail as he was and they call people all day long… give me a break…that is all they do… he is full of crap

  37. 37

I live in Clearwater– people make fun of them when they are out— not to long ago I was at Chili's and it was crowded and they expected to cut the line– thank goodness the poor 16 year old hostess knew better– people were ready to riot if they got sat before everyone who had been waiting… give me a break they are not celebrities and we were at CHILIS!

  38. 38

I can't stand this fucking kid. He had to suffer in jail? Uh, how about the guy whose life he ruined is suffering the rest of his life as a vegetable? How about the guy's family that will never experience a normal life with him? How about Nick being a crying, whining little douchebag?

  39. 39

is this guy for real??? i mean boo hoo. he should keep his stupid mouth shut. how about his brain damaged friend and his family? i can't stand when this guy starts the pity party. does anyone feel sorry for this punk? he should still have his ass in jail. changed?? is he kidding? if his biggest problem in jail was the–phone–he's a damn lucky guy. and i would have thought causing someone to be brain damaged would be the worst thing that happened to you.

  40. 40

Yes, he crashed it but why wasn't the other dick head wearing a seat belt? Its his own fault!

  41. 41

Nick happened to be behind the wheel. It could just as easily have been John. Either or both of those boys could have been killed in that car crash. There are no villains here, just two ordinary young people involved in a tragedy.

  42. 42

It should have been him that became a vegetable and not the poor John

  43. 43

Sorry, but the driver should make it their responsibility to make sure people are buckled up. My car does not move until everyone has their seatbelts on. It's the damn LAW!

  44. 44

like he hasn't think that? i think he thinks john& he's family every fucking day !!

  45. 45

Nick, you messed up. BIG TIME
