Jon Gosselin's bodyguard, Thomas Meinelt, has been subpoenaed to testify in the TLC lawsuit against Jon and he is claiming that he saw his employer not only snorting cocaine regularly but also his secret sex tape!

Stephanie Santoro, former nanny for the kids and one of Jon's many hos, explains:
"Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape! Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him.
"He also told me that he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!"

Source: National Enquirer. Their source? A friend of a friend of a friend, who taped Jon WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Inside a private hotel room. That's called ILLEGAL. AND paying a woman for sex is ILLEGAL. So if anyone were to testify for this - they'd be admitting they committed illegal acts to catch Jon in a legal act of sex between two consenting adults.
