Michael Lohan Calls Dina's Jail Threats Bullshit!

Michael Lohan seems to think so!
Ex-wife Dina Lohan is reportedly taking legal action to put Michael in prison over his multiple recent releases of phone calls about their daughter, Lindsay Lohan.
Dina claimed that the calls were made while she was under a criminal protection order that banned Michael from contacting her by email or phone until 2011. Michael's response?
"It's bullshit. I called the house to talk to the kids and she would get on the phone and tell me all this stuff. I couldn't control that. I have all the tapes to prove it."
Michael even says that Dina would call him drunk and rambled on about her life's problems, including her boyfriend!
LOLs!
Now those are the tapes we'd actually want to hear!

And he calls himself a "Christian"? I thought Lindsay was doing a pretty good job at laying low while doing her current project, but then this fool and to come out and just put her back in the spotlight.
If she voluntarily spoke to him, didn't hang up and didn't report it then she was in violation of the order. She can't send him to jail. Additionally, any court is going to laugh her out of the room for trying to report this years later. The tone of her conversation shows that she wasn't afriad of him, as well again, as the fact that she never even bothered to report that he was supposedly calling her. Frankly he should go after her for frivilous prosecution if she actually tries to sue him.

I think this 2 assholes are made for each other!!! When NORMAL people consider legal actions against someone they don't call in the newspaper or stand in a corner screaming it to the 4 winds. They quietly consult with their lawyers and get it done. To me, they just media whores, ppl without scruples or a life or for that matter, a personality or backbone!! They nothing but a waste of human flesh. Off with their heads!!!!
Why doesn't someone ask this asshole why he recorded these tapes to begin with? Hah I'm sure it was with the best intentions. It's weird, I actually want to see this guy die. I want to see him wiped off the planet. And I don't even give a shit about his thief daughter. The fruit doesn't fall far from the scumbag.

Because he is was going through a divorce with a wife who is as psycho as he is. Sure, releasing the tapes is a bit of a dick move, but every single one has pretty much proved that Dina is a liar.

Lindsey Lohan was a talented actress but with awacked up family who would do anything to make some money, she was destined to have a downward spiral. They will do anything to make usre there pn the cover of OK! but what about there kids and poor Ali she will end up just like her big sister

I could see Dina doing this. She is a drama queen like her daughter. I could see her getting on the phone and talking to her ex. The order of protection was only for her conveince when she wanted to use it against him.
