Pay Up, Eddie!
Some days we wonder if Eddie Cibrian wakes up and asks himself, "Was sleeping with LeAnn Rimes really worth all the trouble?"
We know what our answer would be!
This morning, Eddie can add another "to do" on his list - send some money to his ex-wife!
In the midst of dissolving his 8 year marriage to Brandi Cibrian, Brandi has realized she can squeeze a hell of a lot more money out of this cheating bastard than before. And that's exactly what she plans to do.
Brandi is requesting of the courts to receive $39,963 a month from Eddie to pay for things like the car, the kids' schooling, oh, and her pilates classes. Those are REALLY important.
Though Eddie is already maintaining the balance of her "household bills", Brandi is still after more blood cash, and we have a feeling she will get it.
Good thing Eddie makes somewhere close to $60,000 a week on CSI:Miami. Although, come to think of it, if Brandi does her math (and uses her imagination), she could probably get MORE $$$ out of him!

over $30,000 per month…..and….for just how long? Because when the kids are away at school all day I REALLY hope that she isn't trying to claim that she can't go out and get her ass a job also to help take care of them. I have no problem with him paying child support, but any alimony should be VERY temporary if she doesn't have an infant or toddler at home. If she can leave home for pilaties then she can leave for a job.

Do your research on many state laws. For marriage, both alimony and child support are required. If a spouse can prove infidelity, more money can be granted. Do your homework! From a spiritual standpoint, he broke his vows. From a legal perspective, he breached his marriage contract. This is whith any business partnership, you breach a contract, you pay a fine!
