Guess outpatient rehab just wasn't in the cards for Stephanie Pratt!

The drunk driving Hills star pleaded not guilty to her October 18th DUI in a Los Angeles court room on Friday, agreeing to stay at a residential rehab facility for 30 days.

What a cop out - Pratt will probably end up at Promises or another one of the many luxe, Hollywood-friendly rehab facilities!

Why does she have to do a 30 day stint in a hab? DUI doesn't require drug testing. You pay your hi fines, auto ins goes up for years, you get a 3yr probation (where u dont ave to report) loose driver's license for about 6 months (may get to and from work permit after so long). Then you get the alcohol classes, no rehab needed for that crime. Clearly it's all for her image.

I say kudos to the only REAL person on that show for being strong and taking the high road.. sucks though - I never got offered a 30-day inpatient stay for my DUI.. oy.

I've got to say that I feel a little bad for this girl. She was kind of torn to shreds by people for carrying a few extra pounds, and then got all this work done to fit it, and ended up looking like a totally different person. I think some plastic surgery is ok and justified, but this chick is now so cookie-cutter LA it is scary. And with her disgusting retarded disgrace for a brother and his plastic wife, no wonder she felt the need to literally change her own skin. I would not raise a daughter in this city if my life depended on it…talk about a f***ed up outlook!
