Lohan ran into her ex-girlfriend, Yahoo! heiress Courtenay Semel, at Crown Bar a few nights ago, and Lindsanity "ran out in tears" after Semel confronted her in the bathroom!!
Sources say Semel recently completed an in-patient rehab program, and Courtenay "pleaded with Lindsay to do the same" while cornering her ex in the girl's room.
You can't run away from your problems forever, Linds!

I know everyone thinks her dad is a scum, but she obviously needs help & sometimes it takes something HUGE to make that happen. If her dad going public is a last resort, I think it's being done for the right reasons. I'm not a Lindsey fan, but I'd hate to see any young person's life end needlessly…
Courtney should be commended for being such a good ex-girlfriend and confronting her about her addiction. She is doing more for her than her current ex-girlfriend who basically ignores her desperate ploys for attention. Can't say that I blame Sam in this situation, she is moving on with her life and Lindsay is acting like Fatal Attraction and stalking her.
Finally Someone actually offfering to help the poor skank ! The truth hurts, hence the (crocodile ?) tears. Deal, Lindsay….Again, I blame the mother…..

But everyone will be shaking their heads and saying, "What a waste of talent." Go to rehab–for six months if you have to, then start accepting small acting roles to restart your career. You were such a wonderful actress when you were younger. Get your shit together and be an actress again. You have the talent. But do you have the guts??
