So sad!

Comedian and MTV personality Ken Ober has died at the age of 52.

Ober hosted MTV quiz show Remote Control and had been recently working behind-the-scenes in production on Mind of Mencia and The New Adventures of Old Christine.

The cause of his death is unknown at this time.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

      Wow. I had forgotten all about him. Anyone old enough to remember this show in the late 80s can say that his little game show was 100x better than the reality TV crap MTV now shows. And it didn't take up that much time away from MTV actually playing music videos.

      I used to go to Remote Control tapings up in Harlem, most people forget him giving Adam Sandler his first break, R.I.P.

      Goodnight Funnyman :( Gosh, I used to watch Remote Control allllll the time and listened to his radio show (w/"Cindy Brady") here in LA years after. He was great…RIP :(
