The house they used for the Cullens in Twilight is about an hour from where I live and its way prettier than this. This place looks like a shack!!! Whateves, Rob Pattinson said he think Breaking Dawn should be shot in Oregon, which would be so awesome.

Its so overrated - that house. My Moms house is in the same area as where they filmed, way nicer, bigger and cheaper! There are others in the area or in other parts of Vancouver for way less not to mention nicer. I hope some loser didnt think they could get that price just based on the fact some stuff for twilight was filmed there.

Who cares what was filmed in it that house is gorgeous. If I were rich I would buy it. I love the openess of it and all the light and yet it is surrounded by trees love it. Plus got to give credit to the owner pushing it to sell in a bad economy when the movie is about to come out is very strategic. Nice.

I swear I read an article that said they didn't actually 'use' the house for anything other than exterior shots. They reconstructed the house used in Twilight as a set.

i work in the movie industry and this is what happens with houses that are in movies…
just because its for sale doesnt mean they arent going to use it for the next movie. Its not like the movie company bought the house and now selling it.
They rented it from the people who live there, and obviously those people want to move so they are selling the house. When they start to film the next movie they will rent the house again by who ever owns it then.

God some people just dont get how movies are filmed and everything. They DONT buy a house just for the movie.. they rent it from Someone else.
Just because those people sell it doesnt mean the movie company cant rent it from the new owners.
