shut up perez, you're retarded and severely jealous of him. he's not bizarre in this at all. i mean he's definitely an eccentric person but he's just bored and he's being funny. i like that about john mayer, it's like, the joke is on everyone else. he's amazing and hilarious. Weird? No, not even. What I love most about JM is that he is himself when the camera is on. He's himself when he writes in his blog. He's funny, realistic, and just trying to have a good time. He's not like these other celebrities who continue their fake acts on the streets to make you think they are one way or another. He doesn't give a shit.
And who cares if he has a little bit of an ego. He can. He's accomplished enough to where he's on top. And he's not an asshole about it. He just tells it like it is. Why do we even care so much?

Honestly, I really don't think he's weird!! I saw him on Ellen and on a FUSE show called John Mayer: On the record, or something like that, and he seemed really nice and SO funny. He's honest and refreshing, he's in now way fake or generic. He has a love and passion for his music which is something many artist don't have. He doesn't want his music to just sell, he wants to be remembered. He's honest about his talent (on the FUSE show, the intereviewer talked about him the Michael Jackson memorial performance and John said that he knew he couldn't sing Human Nature the way it was supposed to be sang and that he doesn't even have the vocal range to sing it, so he decided to play guitar because on guitar he has no limitation).

To be honest, this wasn't actually such a weirdo video. Yes he has a reputation for being a douche when it comes to women, but I think all of us are over these '21 year old trust fund babies'. This man is a genius. I think his genius causes him to be a little lonely and maybe a bit of an outcast. But who can blame him? When you're more concerned about deeper meaningful issues, and your counterparts are more concerned about who wore what (a completely trivial matter) you're going to end up frustrated because you have no one to mirror your creative wit with.

His music started off GREAT but as time started to go by he started to talk more shit than sing tunes….

Stopping hating on him just cause you can't have him. He's hotttt, hilarious, and brilliant. He has a sense of humour that someone as lame as you just doesn't "get".
