It seems hottie interior designer Nate Berkus is about to join the likes of Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil as he is catapulted into the Oprah-run daytime stratesphere!
Oprah's favorite design bitch is finalizing plans for his own daytime talk show!
Sony Pictures Television and Oprah’s Harpo Productions are behind Nate's syndicated show which will be ready to air fall of 2010!
And we are SO excited! Not only is he pretty, but he makes things pretty!

Just because you're popular/good on Oprah, doesn't mean you're good on your own. Take Dr. Oz for instance. He's show stinks and I gave it a good month. I think they're only good BECAUSE they're on Oprah…and even her I can only handle in small doses.
Point of contention…..Nate, as awesome as he is, is NOT an Interior Designer. He is an Interior Decorator and cannot legally call himself a designer. In order to become an Interior Designer you must undergo a period as an "apprentice" with a licensed designer and then pass a 2 day test….something Nate has not done.
oh, please–what qualifications does he have to have his own talk show?? i wonder how many millions are being wasted giving unknowns and untalented people their own talk shows. why are they wasting money on all these shows? no, won't be watching him–why would i? and perez–do you really think he's a good designer?? i've seen some of his decorating–and i just don't get it. if he wasn't so cute most of the people he decorated for would tell him to get lost.
