The fact that she dances is considered "sweating", but not going to a gym, and what she meant (for those who do not know how to read) is that at 32 she has to do double the effort- meaning twice as much as she used to… hint: HSe's gone to the gym, but not as before… please, instead of criticizing such a beautiful, smart and talented girl why don't all of you start asking God to give you a wroking brain… or just go to school and learn how to read
