Rod Stewart finds himself in a heaping helping of hot water this morning as we have learned his longtime law firm is suing him for well over $3.3 million!

Wow! How'd he get that far behind?

We're told these back legal fees are from three separate cases gone unpaid for.

Cough it up, Stewart. Don't be a douche!
