Most average kids that age have giant heads (with the plan to grow into them!), with more wobbly and pudgy frames. This child has proportional dwarfism.

Maybe you're just not used to seeing a normal little boy who seems to look and act his age unlike that hideous troll Suri Cruise! DOesnt Katie realize that the image of a 3yr old wearing high heels and at the same time drinking from a bottle is sick and repulsive? I swear social services needs to interfere in that situation!

      Okay, come on. Take a look at the size of his head. Now take a look at several other pictures of 18-month-old kids next to their parents or caregivers (not including Jenna Elfman's kid, who also has dwarfism, no doubt).

      Notice how the kids' heads are almost the same size as the adults' heads? The normal human skull is born almost adult-sized. Unless there is a condition like dwarfism or some other achondroplasiatic disorder. Julia Roberts' red-haired/freckled twin seems to have something like this, too (not uncommon to have a disorder like this w/multiple birth in an old mom).
