Joe Francis Sued By The IRS For Tens of Million$!!!!
It looks as though his douchey ways have finally caught up with him!
He may have accepted a plea deal to avoid jail for federal tax evasion, but Joe Francis is far from being in the clear!
IRS officials have filed a lien against Francis for the money he owes - almost $34 million!!!! They claim that he did not pay taxes in 2001, 2002 and 2003, yet he has no clue why the government is coming after him.
"I have no idea what it is," said the Girls Gone Wild founder. "This is total retaliation for me beating them in court."
Riiiight.
Joe claims that federal officials have taken more than $100 million in cash accounts from him on Tuesday and forcing him to file for bankruptcy.

If by any chance Joe Francis reads this: In Article I Section 8 of the constitution Congress DOES have have a law giving it the rights to levy taxes -mostly against exports and imports, but NO income Tax. Later, in 1913, the 16th Amendment was passed specifying that Americans must to pay income taxes, which would be dispersed evenly across the States (it is not). Also, only 36 states signed off on the Amendment! Another interesting sidebar for you is that there is no mention of civil or punitive damages in that Amendment. Joe, I don't like you. I don't like what you do. But hire yourself a former IRS agent attourney, because they KNOW there isn't any real income tax law. I know 2 IRS agents who haven't filed income taxes since 1999 b/c once they read all of the (very vague) documents, they saw that there was no way the IRS could take you to jail or fine you. They do, of course, but that's because they've got us all so scared of them they can do anything they want.

I think the IRS is screwing with him. It will take a little bit of time, but I'm sure a judge will make the IRS return the money with interest. Scary what they can do with out any notice.

Have you ever seen ANY of the video of these things? I don't mean watch them, I just mean see when the camera people (all of whom advertise themselves as filming for the GGW crew, no one is trying to trick anyone) go to any of these places. Doesn't say much for the fabric of our society these days I know, but as much as I don't care for Joe, you are truly delusional if you think he is "taking advantage" of these sluts in these videos. And Re: FaeRae_86 – - Although the entire U.S. would LOVE to think that they could get away with not paying income taxes ( myself included) - just wanted to point out- this article ( the actual article reporting, not the Perez cliffs notes version) didn't specify what "kind" of taxes/dues he owes…he is the owner of a corp. - it can be a number of types of taxes, laws, and/or fines he's been trying to side-step since he started his business, not just "income".
Plus…he's going to have a tough case to prove anyway - because of his past/plea deal in the previous case.
