This is fake. Inspired, but completely fake. Look at the editing throughout- the zooming in on faces at the perfect moment when they look disgusted or shocked- it's the same camera style used in "mockumentaries" like The Office. Somebody's uncle with a camcorder just wouldn't record something unfolding in an instant before their very eyes this way. The camera would be shooting everywhere with no zoom, think of shows like Funniest Home Videos where the camera is stable and fixed. Fake, fake, fake.
