They're officially our new favorites!
We first wrote about Fan Death last month, and now they're back with a fabulous new song and equally fabulous new video.
Some - like us - might say that this Canadian duo with two haunting female vocalists is reminiscent of Bat For Lashes, but the more we listen to them the more we also hear some influences of Bananarama.
They make cool, edgy, awesome, dance, pop music!

I don't think they remind me of the legendary Bananarama as they seem to have more of a music intro with a more edgy/world music feel. Not my cup of tea but I have a hugh Bananarama addiction with 220 of their songs on my Ipod. Years ago they were placed in the Guinness World Book of records as the most successful girl group of all time (worldwide) a record that still stands till this day. Awaiting their new album.

There is nothing "edgy" about this band. Just because your average follower doesnt know shit for music, doesnt mean you can fill their head with lies.

THIS IS typical 80's "Dark Wave". Cool but certainly not extraordinary. Any of us hearing this could do those vocals.

bananarama? more like disco fever. i listen to this and feel like i'm in 1978 transposed into the near future + some riot grrrl/glam rock shit. gorgeous stuff..
The song, the singers, the video all bad. Video leaves a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach. No comparison to Bananarama there Perez, sorry!
