Constantine Dating NYC Socialite!

Constantine Maroulis had a very special guest in the audience Thursday night during his Broadway performance in Rock of Ages.

New York socialite Tinsley Mortimer showed up the see the show by herself, but ended the night canoodling with Constantine!

Supposedly they met at Touch night club and he invited her to come to the show.

Looks like they got pretty cozy!

ewwwlll…but i would like to make a comment on the second pic …i think that any pics taken of celebrities that look like they are about to kiss ..arent what they seem..because if they were about to kiss and they did the pap's would take a pic of the kiss not just them getting ready to kiss.

Years back when he was doing Rent, he came into the bar I was working at at the time (this was probably 6 mos before anyone knew who he was). Really nice guy, but he is so STRANGE. He asked me to come to see him and his show that following Sunday. Honestly, he weirded me out so I just told him to call me and we'd "figure something out". Well he did - ASAP the next morning. Proceeded to babble to me about anything and everything, including brushing his teeth. Needless to say, I didnt end up following through. So funny/interesting to see where he is now! LOL!

Um, she's married and her husband is the only reason she's rich/well-known, so I call BS on this.
I mean if she was going to cheat do you REALLY think it'd be with a no-name guy from American Idol? No, it wouldn't be. Upper east side (even if a transplant) wouldn't do that.

whoah… how could she be that desperate?! must just be plain stupid. A few years ago me and my college crew made the nyc nightlife rounds on a daily basis and he was out all the time. apparently still hasnt outgrown that phase. anyway he used every line imaginable on me and all of my girlfriends so many times it became an ongoing joke. the worst part of all was that he was pretty sincere in his attempt and just came off really creepy. not to mention he always was totally greasy. ewww just thinking about it skeevs me. she'll smart up soon and regret this later.

He's very handsome but could use a haircut. i saw him in Rock of ages and his voice is amazing and he has major talent. she looks like a typical bleach blond, nothing special. i think this romance is just a publicity stunt but he is really cute and i see why she would be attracted to him. if they like each other i wish them the best.

The Ninth Circuit Has Ruled That California's Proposition 8 Is Unconstitutional!!!!

Yes! It most certainly is!!!

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling invalidating Proposition 8 this morning, confirming that the bill is unconstitutional and should be thrown out! Judges Stephen Reinhardt, Michael Daly Hawkins and N. Randy Smith voted 2-1 that passing the bill goes against this country's Constitution and banning same-sex marriage violates the very foundation of freedom this country was built on!

It's a MASSIVE step in the right direction and EXTRAORDINARY news for all those who want to see real change in this country. With that said, the fight is far from over as ProtectMarriage, the backers of Proposition 8, can appeal the decision to a larger panel of the 9th Circuit or go directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.

You know what? We say, "BRING IT ON!!!!" It seems like more and more, the fair and just people of our government are on the side of equality and we whole-heartedly feel like it will be sooner rather than later that we will see same-sex marriage become legal in California!

Rejoice and spread the good news! Equality for all is on its way!!!
