Joe Francis was due in a Florida courtroom on Friday, but the attorney for the Girls Gone Wild founder handed the judge a doctor's note excusing his client from appearing!
How convenient!
Francis was supposed to attend a court hearing regarding a civil suit filed by four Florida women against the scumbag, claiming Francis filmed the women for Girls Gone Wild while they were underage.
Francis' lawyer informed the judge that Joe was "in a Mexico hospital, suffering from an acute ear infection, high fever and vertigo," therefore could not fly to Panama City for the hearing.

I also think that the case about those girls are stupid bitches because those girls Had fake I.D.'s saying they were legal age and there video was not even released so i don't know why they threw a big fit also those girls signed the paper proving they were a legal age and the video could be released.
I doubt he'd say he's in the hospital with specific symptoms if he's not… that's too easy to check out….
