Former Singer Nick Lachey Gets A New Job!

Once upon a time Nick Lachey was a singer in a boy band that no one cares to remember in 2009…
BUT!
Being in that boy band has led Lachey to a job hosting The Sing-Off, a new televised singing competition on NBC!
The Sing-Off, airing on December 14th, will be a four-night special featuring eight singing groups that will be performing strictly a cappella to win a contract with Epic Records/Sony Recording.
"There is nowhere to hide when you're doing an a cappella song," Lachey told reporters. "There’s no band behind you and dubbing. It's just you. It’s just them naked on stage and what they have done to prepare is what will show through in that moment."
Naked on stage???

Boy bands and boy banders are so, so, so … so Perez-ish aren't they? I'd like to remind those of you here who were allowed to stay up past 7:30 p.m. a few years ago that the only reason we get to hear all about Jessica Simpson is because she married him. He was the famous one in the relationship until she was such a darling ditz on camera. The rest is history. Perhaps Nick should go into production or something that might actually work for him.
He's always had a beautiful voice. Good for him. The market is kind of saturated with talent sing-offs. Good luck with that.

I like Nick Lachey. Easy on the eyes, but he needs to get back in shape. Start doing some movies, and then get back into singing. He played minor roles in the show 'Charmed.' He's actually a much better actor than that ditsy ex-wife of his!
