Jennifer Lopez Jokes About Her Fall
Adam Lambert's performance at the American Music Awards last night may have received more attention, some are still talking about Jennifer Lopez's fall on stage.
While performing her new song, Louboutins, J. Lo fell on her big Boricua booty when she jumped off a dancer's back. However, it seems she must have some fans at the AMAs, because the hilarious falling clip was CUT OUT of the West coast feed. Instead, they showed JLo jumping in slow motion and cut to her standing up.

But, J. Lo isn't going to let this small slip set her back. Instead, she called in to Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning and joked about the whole incident.
She told Seacrest, "Did I trip a little bit? I don't even remember. Yeah, I meant to do that. That was part of the choreography."
And she did recover from her fall rather quickly, adding: "The measure of things isn't what happens when you fall, it's how you recover when you fall."
However, we have to ask, why was J. Lo's fall cut out of the West coast feed, but producers decided to keep Adam Lambert's tumble on stage and didn't edit that out?
Though kudos to Lambert for doing a good job on working his fall into the routine.

Very fitting to come out as washed up boxer past his prime that still wants to go in the ring and is down for the count. The only difference is that JLo doesn't realize the irony of picking a boxer for her failed comeback. The song is awful, she needs to just go ahead and hang up the "louboutins". No mas!
Lambert's fall would of been a lot harder to cut out. I mean he did fall and roll across the middle of the stage..lol I think his is alot more obvious then JLO's fall..lol

I'm on the East coast, and I thought JLo reacted to that fall like a pro. She jumped right up and continued on with her choreography! And if they didn't cut Glambert's out it is probably because the shot was too difficult to cut properly. I love you Perez, but you don't have to make it about being gay.

They probably didn't cut Adam's fall out because honestly…to me it didn't look like a fall, I thought that was planned and part of the show. I'm only finding out now that he fell cuz you mentioned it Perez. And it'd be harder to cut out someone rolling almost 5 feet across the stage, than someone else bouncing off her own feet/ass in the same spot. Teleporting is never a cool effect…especially on live footage

They didn't cut out Lambert's fall because they figured most people had changed the channel or taken a bathroom break anyway.

adam lambert's was well done. both of them had nice recoveries, but theres no way they could've edited out lambert's fall without making it look ridiculous and obvious.

It's about time this heffer had a slice of "humble pie". A few years back (pre-Skelator), bitch was sitting high on her pedestal…thinking she was untouchable. Nice to see her struggle to keep up with the younger, hotter generation. Her new songs have the most ridiculous lyrics. She should be really be embarrassed. Sure she still has her millions. But with her ego, I'm quite sure it's eating her up inside, that she's not the IT girl anymore. Just goes to show you, only true TALENT prevails. Although watching J-Lo fall on that infamous bum, Adam Lambert had a much greater tumble. He didn't just slip, he stop, dropped and rolled. All of his onstage sexual antics have made people forget about the best fall of the night. (Think it has anything to do with all those bottles Lady GaGa shattered?)
