If it went down exactly as stated he asked her for a name, she responded and then he immediately handed her her order. Why did he even need the name? In fact most celebrities don't, only the ones who should be getting mental health help e.g. Lindsay Lohan. Most celebrities prefer not to draw attention to themselves and are relieved when somebody doesn't care who they are.
