   OK, Max et al, what IS the impact human-kind has had on the Earth since the industrial revolution? Take a trans-oceanic flight and you'd realize how small our planet really is. -So you're saying we've had no impact? What IS the impact, if we've had one? (The radio "pundits" can't and won't answer that one.) What do you suggest we do about it? Do tell. (What do you bet Max drops out of the discussion right about now.)

   I'm 'connected' to a major (gov't and private) scientific community locally, and at every dinner party, etc. the Republicans, Democrats and independents agree, we're tampering with a very delicate balance. = Dangerous.

   And BTW, Mars has a weak to non-existent magnetic core, meaning it can't 'hold' an atmosphere. If we screw things up here, we can't 'terraform' Mars and escape the litterbox we've created for ourselves to exist in.

    Thank god there are people left in the media like Stu Varney that aren't afraid to stand up for our freedoms, or what's left of them. And just because people dissent against this global warming issue doesn't mean they don't want to stop pollution, it just means they believe the government is going to far. AMEN! Half of the people out there don't even know what the leaders of our world have in store for us in reference to these climate change conferences… it's unfortunate! and Ed Begley's right about at least one thing: we need to educate ourselves! Get out there people and do the research for yourself, ITS ALL THERE.

    Ed Begley is 100% correct. The science is not out on global climate change. There are some people on the fringe who are loud mouths who believe the science is out on climate change. And they're usually the same 10 people over and over again. And also people who watched that scientifically inaccurate documentary about the "scam" of global warming. But the majority of peer reviewed studies and the two major professional science organizations AAAS and the NAS do not believe the science is out. They say it is highly probable (as scientists talk in probabilities, not facts) global climate change is happening and it is caused by us. And to think that this is just some flippant comment or comments from someone trying to make money is to not understand the basic nature of science and the history of these organizations. I'm going to trust the guys with the Nobel prizes, PHD's and peer reviewed studies over the people commenting here and some jerk offs on Fox News. And I suggest you do the same.
