Could it be true?!
Not only did Jon and Kate Plus 8 end earlier this week for good, but apparently Jon and Kate Gosselin as their respective brands aren't doing so hot either!
None of Jon Gosselin's reality show attempts are garnering interest from any cable networks as we suspected because he is a giant douche that the public generally doesn't like.
As for Kate, two of her prospects have been denied including a line of "eco-friendly" toys for children and a "mom-friendly" make-up line.
We wonder how Kate's new show with TLC will fare?
As 2009 winds down could this be the last we hear from the Gosselins?

I would be interested in watching Kate. I think besides the number of kids I have friends single parenting with dad's that don't always pull there weight or cause challenges. Kate isn't alone, it is just in the public eye.

Kate is a ginormous egomaniac. She thinks that just because she has 8 kids, she is an expert in raising kids. She's, by far, not the perfect mother she thinks she is. She IS an expert at is verbally abusing her husband and throwing him under the bus every chance she gets. She IS an expert at controlling and manipulating behaviors. Jon needs to go back to being an IT guy. It's the only chance he has of getting a steady paycheck. Nobody wants to see these two inflated egos ever again.
What they fail to realize is that nobody watched the show to see them. They watched it to see the kids. Now that it's all about them, nobody cares. They are both very poor examples of parents who are in denial about what their actions are doing to their children. Their children are used as the excuse to pursue the spotlight. Pathetic and very sad!

Thankfully, reality tv makes people follow those getting their 15 minutes, but once the cameras stop - no one cares. No one cares about the former Survivor contestants, no one cares about 80% of American Idol winners, no one cared about Kristin Cavalleri when you stopped writing about her - once they leave TV, please stop writing about them. Then they will disappear. When they live non controversial lives, who cares. Does anyone care about Paris Hilton anymore - nope. Why. because she's living a more normal life. No controversy. I like her better that way. Just away.

It's said that Kate was shopping a show with her and her genetically challenged litter even BEFORE the sextuplets were born. I think it was her plan all along. I bet if the six didn't take and she got twins out of it, she would have tried to sell a family with two sets of twins to the network. And would have gone back to try for more multiples. This bitch knew she would get multiples the second time around. She just didn't know how many. It was this narcissist's plan all along to be on TV….whether with two sets of twins, three sets of twins, or sextuplets. She definitely suffers from narcissistic personality disorder. And that stupid bitch Kate thinking "the show must go on" b/c her kids like it. WHO CARES IF YOUR BRATS LIKE IT KATE? That's not how it works. You don't get to do something just b/c you "like it". Why doesn't this Kate bitch teach her kids that they need to WORK for things in life? Oh, maybe b/c Kate feels that having herself and her brats filmed is "work". Having everything about yourself including when you take a dump being filmed for TV is "work". I think I need to throw up.
There is not very much that Jon will be able to do to become much of anything else other than a IT analyst again…he has nothing to sell other than his children…He was not the reason there was a show in the first place..his children were…His money that TLC made for him will be stripped away with lawyer fees and payments to the company…Kate held up her end of the bargain and will be ok…not 5 nannies and bodyguards ok…but no one in that house will starve…but I see an empty rented apartment in NYC and a rented condo in Reading with a closet full of lame-ass Ed Hardy crap in Jon's future so he can "visit"(ie:stay in a big house) with his kids…he will not be able to afford his current life and will probably turn to drug abuse so he can go on that drug addict reality show and try to write a book…Man! Homewrecker's parents must be super proud that they gave Kate that tummy tuck years ago. If she had kept her flab and paid for it later…a lot of this may not have come about!
Personally, I did not like her attitude on the last episode. She really needs to be grateful for everything she and her family were able to do during their run. Most families don't get to do half of the things or go half of the places that they did. I can't imaging what it would cost to take a family of 10 to Hawaii and do what they did. I hope that their money has been invested wisely and that they will always be able to provide for themselves. I wish them a happy and healthy future and a tv special every once in awhile would be nice especially if Maddie and Cara stop carrying on.

I doubt that Kate will do any better than Jon is doing. Take the two of them plus the children as a family out of the equation then they are just boring people.
