Paula Abdul looked hawt at Sunday's AMAs, showing off her thinner than normal body in a black form fitting dress. Even though it may have been a little too tight considering she could barely move in it.
So what's her secret?
Abdrool was quick to dismiss the weight loss had anything to do with post-Idol depression explaining: "First and foremost I've had the ability to have time to have a schedule that allows me to take care of myself and dance and workout. It's been great, but now I'm back to work."
Which leads us to next question: what work?
The former judge wasn't blabbing about any of her upcoming projects probably because there aren't any.
Lets just hope it's not another season of Hey Paula!

She was also gorgeous AND the same person in her own community of No-Way Land (Sorry, security breech on the game if I mention the town she lives in, good try sister. For 'newbies'; there is a game online; trying to solve the Penguin Riddle.) as she was on the show. No kidding?? People just dial a number and vote?? Isn't that a bit dangerous??
