J. Lo's Ex Countersuing For $100 Million!!!

Jennifer Lopez's ex, Ojani Noa is filing a countersuit against the diva for a whopping $100 million!
And he's not just going after Lopez! The suit includes her father, a business partner, her lawyer and law firm on the grounds that they intentionally interfered in the production of his mockumentary!
WTF?!
"We are also suing for fraud," said Noa's cracked out agent, Ed Meyer, who claims that JLo's mother "previously sold some of Ojani Noa's home video footage to Univision without Ojani Noa's express permission for $30,000."
He's even going after her father for defamation!!!
We hope the hearing goes as planned on Tuesday, but Meyer seems to think that it will not happen.
"We believe that Jlo's attorney did not meet the judge's extended deadline to file his Proofs of Service, so the TRO and OSC (Order to Show Cause) should legally not go forward on Tuesday," he continued.
And this is on top of his claims to release Lopez's private honeymoon tape to the public on Monday!
"I believe that I have an unalienable First Amendment right to enter the JLo home videos into the public court record, so as to defend myself," Meyer went on yapping. "If Judge Chalfant has a problem with this, he can have me hauled out of the courtroom in handcuffs in front of the world media."
If that's the way it has to be, we're sure not gonna protest!

In Canada it is much harder to sue for appropriation of personality, as long as you aren't trying to sell a product separate from the book or documentary, and the person had knowledge you taped them you can make a documentary where the person is the subject.
Plus she shouldn't have any privacy claim as long as she knew she was being filmed.
