Tiger Finally Releases His Statement
Tiger Woods is attempting to put a cork in the media's speculation over Friday's car accident!
The golf pro has addressed the issue in a pretty general statement, as expected, via Woods' official website.
Writes Tiger:
"As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.
This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.
The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.
This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be."

So, deduce what you will from these "facts": RACHEL - the woman Tiger "supposedly" cozied up to in Australia, lost her fiance in the 9/11 attacks in NY. She had a mental breakdown 2 years later. She prides herself - after a stint in Las Vegas - of being a VIP whiz. She married in a lavish wedding to a New Yorker only to have the marriage end four months later. Her "friends" say she is into married men and will do all she can to get her name in the limelight. Translation: Fame whore.
Elin - fresh from having a second baby with Tiger, is going through all kinds of hormonal changes. (NO EXCUSE FOR WHAT SHE MAY HAVE DONE TO TIGER!) Finally - Tiger is quoted as saying he'd have to buy the "Kobe Special" - referring to the knockout ring Kobe Bryant gave wife Vanessa after his rape charges in Colorado with a younger female.
Bottom line: Kobe screwed up - in some way, shape or form. HE FLED! What's interesting is there was no alcohol found in his system. So - it could have been prescriptive drugs OR Elin bashing the window in with a plea for him to stay and the golf club struck him and made him pass out and bleed. He is being instructed by his lawyers what to say. For a man who loves privacy - this must be devastating to their entire family. I hope he either files for a divorce (which will be extremely costly) or seek family counseling IMMEDIATELY.
