We bet she'll keep her mouth shut from now on!
After further investigation regarding Serena Williams' tirade against a tennis official's ruling during the U.S. Open this summer, the tennis star will be fined a whopping $82,500 - the largest amount ever in tennis history, after Jeff Tarango's fine of $48,000 back in the '90s!
Williams already paid 10K, but it was determined that she violated a "major offense" rule for "aggravated behavior" and will now be fined more money in addition to being placed on probation for two years.
If Williams messes up again, she could be fined up to $175,000 and barred from the following U.S. Open.
Be on your best behavior, Serena!
Although in comparison to her total career winnings at $28 million, that fine seems like peanuts!
