Tiger Refuses To Talk To The Police!

Tiger Woods has denied the police TWICE from entering his home to get a statement from the golfer after his one-car accident over the weekend.
A spokeswoman from the Florida Highway Patrol says:
"The troopers went to the house to see if they could speak with Mr. Woods. Mr. Woods's attorney was present and told investigators that Mr. Woods was unavailable for an interview. Mr. Woods's attorney provided the troopers with Mr. Woods's driver's license information, registration and current proof of insurance as required by Florida Law. The crash investigation is ongoing and charges are pending."
His refusal to speak is particularly suspicious, adding to the rumor that he and his wife, Elin Nordegren, were in a potentially physical argument regarding Woods' alleged infidelity.
The Enquirer reported that Tiger was having an affair with New York night club hostess Rachel Uchitel who has since denied the claim.

The police are called to the Woods' home - the neighbours have heard some screaming. When the police arrive, they find Elin Wood standing over her husband holding a 6-iron in her hand. The club is still dripping blood.
A police constable asks , "Is that your husband, madam?"
"Yes it is," replies Elin.
"And did you hit him with that golf club you’re holding, madam?"
"Certainly," she replies.

saturday's news, perezito. yesterday was the THIRD time they cancelled their meeting with police. they also said they WOULD NOT be making a statement since they do not legally have to make a statement to police. tiger is still in the doghouse. i've never seen a swede that furious. they never get more than "mildy upset." he's lucky she didn't kill him.

By law he doesn't have to provide any information that may incriminate him. This is the Fifth Amendment. Anyone has the right to refuse an interview. It is the state's responsibility to provide proof that a crime was committed. There is nothing shady about exercising one's rights under the law. Perez doesn't care about rights when it interferes with his intent to intrude in everyone's lives.
It's not our business. It's between him and his wife. Why do we need to know if he was really cheating on his wife?…. WE DON'T.
What? The Fifth Amendment has nothing to do with this. This is about Florida law, which says that a person invovled in a minor accident does not have to give a statement to police. The Fifth Amenment is used when you DO have to testify but refuse to testify to certain things because you don't want to incriminate yourself; it's only applicable to trial testimony.
They both lied to police and their story didn't make sense, but so what? No other people were hurt. As far as I am concerned I think it is their business and they should be left alone from the cops. I mean don't they have all kinds of real crime in Florida? How about the cops focus on that?

It's called the Fifth Amendment. "The right to remain silent." Perhaps you've heard of it. And it applies to all of us. He just has a lawyer that told him he doesn't have to talk.

I can see where he can avoid the cops because this incident happened on his property and didn't affect anyone but he and Elin. Sounds like someone's doing damage control and waiting for those SCRATCHES (which eye witnesses said appeared to be those of an attack) to HEAL.

I like Howard Stern's theory. He got into the car and engineered the "crash" to cover up the fact that he already had facial wounds from getting beat up by his wife. A car crash sounds better than a wife beating you up with your golf clubs.

After viewing several photos of this Rachel "famewhore" - what in the world is wrong with her crooked eyes? Her right eye is 1/2" lower than her right eye. Scary!
