Friends Fear SuBo Heading For Another Breakdown!

Susan Boyle's neighbors fear the worst as she has been acting strangely towards them, perhaps signaling that not all is well with the Scottish singing sensation.
They say that she has been speaking in a strange American accent, complaining that her cat doesn't love her anymore and blasting tracks from her debut album I Dreamed A Dream nearly 24/7!
Teresa Miller explains:
“It was so loud on Thursday I couldn’t hear Jeremy Kyle on TV! It started about a week before it was released so by the time it was on sale, we already knew every track by heart. I think her favourite song is "Wild Horses" as that’s the one she plays the most.
"We’ve also seen two ambulances and a doctor come to her house. Susan had told me she had been feeling pains in her stomach.”
They do have her best interests at heart.
Another neighbor, Helen Barkhouse, who used to take care of SuBo's mother before she passed shared a sweet story about our favorite Scot:
“Susan was here wearing a black beret and a necklace and I told her how pretty she looked. She took them off and gave them to me. After her mother’s death Susan got really low. She once came up to me in the supermarket and said, ‘I really need a hug, can you give me a hug?’
"She might be a star, but whenever Susan comes home we’ll make sure she’s properly taken care of.”
As for Susan, she was asked yesterday morning about how she'd feel about taking number one and she replied that she said that "it would be an absolute honor."

I kind of feel bad for her. Even though she has all the fame and success right now, she never got attention close to this ever caliber before. Spending so many years being basically invisible to having a number one album, could almost send someone into shock.

I'm not her doctor, but she seems like a classic bipolar. Stress can cause the illness to get out of hand. Living quietly in Scotland she may have never been subject to the enormous amount of stress placed on celebrities in the public eye. Perhaps if she is talked into medication and find ways to limit the stress of this career she can settle down. I hope her fans show compassion for this person on the verge of another breakdown. It is one thing to behave erratically due to drug abuse and another to be suffering from a mental illness that is not in your control. Susan, I wish you best. From someone who had severe bipolar dysfunction till I managed to get proper medication and learn how to manage my life.
I think if she would dress more like GaGa she could be a star. You need more than a good voice to make it these days.
Simon or Piers should help her hire someone who will watch out for her and keep her as insulated and protected as possible from everyone that wants a piece of her. The label will just run her till she cracks. She's a fragile soul. I think it's awesome that her gift has been discovered, but it shouldn't be at the risk of her mental stability.
Its funny, I really enjoyed listening to her sing before the media was stuffing her down my throat every few seconds. Now I get fairly annoyed every time she's mentioned. Pity, since she sings so beautifully.
if you re not a doctor then why the hell are you making a "diagnosis" ? LOL just because you re a crazy bipolar loser addicted to pills to live a "normal" life doesn t mean everyone is like you ! Besides, medication is not the answer to every life s problem ! having the balls to face your fears, overcome your sadness and finding out what is the reason that makes you lose your mind and work on it IS The answer !

I would have killed myself and not be able to work without proper meds. For 10 years now I have been able to work, be symptom free, avoid suicidal lows and debt induciing, friend alienating highs. I could be wrong about Susan, but it is neither an insult nor out line to suggest her body chemistry is out of whack and needs some medical tweaking. Peace.

Mental illnesses are serious stuff, and while I'm not sold on the fact that she necessarily has one, it's completely rude to call somebody with bipolar disorder an emotional loser. ANYWAY, I agree, some people just aren't cut out to be in the public eye, but I mean there are other music artists who are very shy/tp themselves. Ray LaMontagne only plays pretty much in the dark (no spotlights) and lets everyone know that he's kind of a nervous case, but he still books tons of shows and sells a lot of records. If she has to make demands about the way she performs or is interviewed, she should do it.

It sounds like she just can not handle all this. She seems to have issues that all this attention is just bringing to the surface. She has admitted to a 'learning disability' and her issues mirror my daughter's, who has autism. I really think she is autistic. Because of their trusting nature (giving the cap and sweater to the neighbor who admired them) she needs some very caring people around her. I wish her mother was still alive. I'm sure that would help.

When I record songs I listen to them over and over too..and since she's been waiting all these years to record it of course she's going to play it over and over. And to take off her hat and necklace and give them to a woman who gave her a much needed hug years ago…is a kind gesture. Why does everyone want to tear her down already? She's having fun! This is the result of shoving "regular people" into the spotlight - they're not ready for the needy "gimme-gimme" of being famous. How I long for the days when every reality show wasn't chugging out these people at top speed.
Can I just say something here? ALL musicians are odd; that's how you can tell that they are musicians.
But seriously it's true. Think back about every musician or vocalist you've ever known or heard of. If you examine their lives honestly, you'll see that they are all strange birds. Goes with being a part of the Music Tribe. I hope that everyone remembers that fact about all their own favorite singers before they start judging SuBo harshly.

These neighbors of Susan whatever the situation is if anything should keep Susan's business private. Susan has been subject to many untrue stories so these people should keep quiet. Susan is very famous and even if she blinks they make a story about her. So what if she was listening to her CD. I do that too I blast my CD player most of the day if I am home, or night. Leave the lady alone let her live and enjoy her success your comments are not helping at all. Neighbors stay out of it. She went to her house to rest from the full schedule she just had traveling all over so let her be herself if she has stomach aches the people are giving it to her because they are all over her business.
