Maniston Hawks Yoga DVD

Jennifer Aniston is hosting a launch party for her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's DVD Yogalosophy at the Sunset Towers Hotel in El Lay this week.
Maniston, who appears in the introduction on the DVD, sings Mandy's praises saying, "Mandy brought yoga into my life. This workout will change your body and your mind."
The actress works with Mandy up to five times a week and even brings the gal on vacation with her so she was more than happy to throw the launch party.
BFF Courteney Cox is also expected to attend the party.

The only problem is some people fail to mention other exercise programs they are involved with at the same time like cardio and weights and also what kind of diet they follow (rabbit food vs normal food) to achieve their "look".
I remember Madonna was all about the yoga, the yoga, the yoga, and it turns out she is now some kind of weights freak.
Maniston must have picked her outfit from Goodwill. She looks attrocious!
Good for her. After all, what else is left for this loser? "Get my bod"? Right, if you can also hire two personal chefs, DON'T BIRTH CHILDREN, scrubbed and pampered 24/7 by a team of staffs then yes, this yoga book might help you too at age 41.
BTW the two of them on the cover of this book look very nice together. If this woman comes out of closet as a LESBIAN, I will finally respect her who has been a complete FRAUD deceiving everyone.
The envy that you have for this woman is awesome! She is super quiet, it is not parading around to be seen, leads a quiet life, works hard, is beautiful, rich, famous, educated, gentle, sing, dance, plays, etc.. and yet, whenever you can talk about her, you try to detract her image!
