No Sex In J.Lo Sex Tape

As we've previously reported, Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex Ojani Noa and his agent Ed Meyer for attempting to release a private tape that reportedly contained sexually explicit material of the two.
But according to J.Lo's lawyer John Lavely "there wasn't anything close to sex" in the tape.
So does this mean the her ex was telling the truth?
Jenny's lawyer goes on to say the tape in question is "still private and personal to my client."

Hopefully that temporary restraining order blocking the mooch from making money off their marriage becomes permanent!
What do U think? Should he be allowed to release personal tapes? Or not since he signed a confidentiality agreement years back?
